I thought I would scan the pattern for the shorts I recently made.
They seemed quite long and highwaisted too.
They seemed quite long and highwaisted too.
I found the flys the hardest part to sew, but everything else is pretty straight forward. I would recommend sewing bloomers before sewing shorts.
Japanese sizing is known to be very small, so I scanned the sizing charts aswell to help guide you :)
I didn't make the pleated panel, but I think I might now.

I hope you found the scans useful!
Please ask me about anything, if the tutorial is a bit confusing.
What's the hardest thing you've made?
great tutorial!! *_* thankyou for posting :3
ReplyDeleteI think the hardest thing for me is to make the sleeves T_T
Hmm... A pair of gloves is very difficult! I knitted the pattern in the palm part. Useless, right? T__T
ReplyDeleteThank youuuu Naka-chaaan
ReplyDeleteMy hardest thing ever made gotta to be: knitting berrets haha..

ReplyDeleteHm.. I don't know? I am currently not sewing, will start doing a course again later!
The only time I ever did any sewing was "home ec" class in junior high. (A class they used to teach in American schools that showed women how to become good little housewives.) I sewed a skirt outfit that didn't hold up very well and a stuffed animal called "Madigan," that also didn't hold up very well! Needless to say, I don't even hem my own pants now!
ReplyDeleteThe way to can conform fabric into actually wearable {and breathtakingly lovely} clothing never ceases to amaze me! I am sewing challenged :)
