Finally a tutorial! Sorry it's an old one, but one of my favourites :3 
You need
♥ a fine line permenant marker e.g Sharpie
♥ Red Nail polish
♥Black Nail polish
Coat your nails in the lushious red.
Draw a line with your Sharpie.
Then a horizontal line
Draw dots the either side of the vertical line.
Paint the front 2 sections with black nail polish.
A little creepy crawly on your nails ^^
