Choke Me - Kera Scans

My skin has been really bad, which is why I've been avoiding face shots.
choke me

I bought a new choker, since I lost my old one :( I think I might try to make some or buy some

just bitten lip stain and weighing glucose powder

I've trying to be more 'healthy' since I'm running alot. My parents bought me glucose powder, after we watched a program saying how bad sport drinks were. It's f*cking awful. I bought some new make up too. I need to wait until my excema is better though :/ I tried some protein kinda tablet, which left me with hives for a couple of days :/ I really need to do my research before I just eat any kind of supplement lol.

I've alot of magazines to scan and share so sorry if you've already seen these before :(

I really need to get some ankle socks and skeleton related gear.

What supplements do you take?
I'm taking cod liver oil for my joints, and multi-vitamins

I love the skeleton tights in that last scan. I just take a multivitamin but I also take a hayfever tablet daily too to make sure it isn't as worse in the summer. xxx

I'm with Ice Pandora, I indulge in huuuge fruit smoothies and have been cutting back on dairy and meat (not totally, but I can really feel a difference). My skin was really bad for a while until I adapted to the change of food... and I find it gets bad when I exercise more than usual, too, at least until the body gets used to it again. Maybe your excema has to do with the more challenging exercise routine?

I like your new choker! Seeing that I have eczema as well, let me say that Eucerin works really great for me. Also, I take B vitamins for overall health.

I hope your excema gets better soon! Also, I don't think sports drinks are that bad for you as long as you don't drink too much of it and brush your teeth afterwards. :)

I love how you took a photo of the lip stain on a sewing machine hehe. I take vitamin D tablets. They're really small and easy to swallow, unlike calcium tablets :( I hope your hives clear up soon! :D

Hope your skin clears up soon! I don't take any supplements, though I probably should start improving my diet in general :p

I don't take supplements, but I do know that a lot of people have to take them for quite a while before they get used to it (that is, no side effects. Side effects are common for the first week or so I heard!)

I see Scandal ont he main page of that magazine! I adore them haha. Thanks for sharing scans for it, and thanks for dropping by my blog!

Hey Grace love, my skin is awful lately as well. I totally can relate. I have rosacea though, not eczema but we gals still gotta stick together! It'll get better.

I'm taking fish oil, anti-oxidants, and minerals from USANA eryday lol. I feel like a junkie... but on health drugs.

The new choker looks great on you!

I used to just photoshop my face when my skin condition was bad! :D But I'm not saying you have to~~

The choker looks good on you! Is it from some brand?

Nice new choler, I love the tad of gothic vibe about it! :)

I never heard of glucose powder, is it good for after working out? I use cranberry drink powder on a regular base to keep my vitamin c level up and to avoid falling ill too often! ;)

Cool choker! ;P And I hope your skin is doing much better now! I used to have really bad skin years ago, I still do but it improved a little. Try to find hypoallergenic make-up if you can't live without it and always choose unscented lotions.

Have a great week, Grace! ;D

not taking any supplements (sticking to montignac method to stay healthy though)
hope you win against your skin soon!

Sorry for having disappeared for a while hence the lack of comments. But yes, I highly recommend you to NOT take supplements. It is better for your body to take it in naturally (through your daily diet) and work of the bad stuff. Otherwise when you get older, your body becomes reliant on supplements!

Btw, i like those metal sekeleton/bone/skull things as opposed to the white ones.

I don't really take any supplements. I very occasionally take the cod liver oil capsules with the multi-vitamins in side but not very often. Also, I totally love the look of those lip stains. I want to buy one...
