Well to finished my Sailor outfit I had to sew a skirt. I thought I would show you my progress photos.

Ahh ruffles; you'll be the death of me.
I want to make the skirt in some many different colours, but it took me 4 days to make this.

It's based on the putumayo skirt you made earlier, right? To bad about the cotton, but it's not satin at least! ;D

That is such a cute skirt :) I wish I had a sewing machine :P and of course that I could sew. My grandmother was such a great sewer! She could make everything. But sadly she became ill and died. I could have learned so much of her.
But, I love to see how you make things, and I think the skirt is super adorable!
And yes, I like progress photo's as well! It's always interesting. If you see people wearing selfmade things, I always wonder how they made it ^-^ It's always nice to find it back on their blog :)
