vaccination and awesome matcha tea
I have to start a 3 course vaccination in December for my year abroad :< My auntie and uncle sent me some matcha tea, which is pretty weird, but cool. I hate how it doesn't dissolve though :< Great for my metabolism though.
I really need to get back into shape. My aim is to do over 10miles a week in running.
I bought some nail varnish on a whim from Miss Sporty.
Cost: £1.99
Application: wide thick brush which makes it really easy and quick to apply.
Pros: only need one coat, very shiny
Cons: chips really easily
Buy again? no
Do have to have any vaccinations?

I was vaccinated as a child against the disease of smallpox, I believe that today in Italy, children are no longer receiving this vaccine .. I am fond of my scar!
How many nice things that I see in these photos ... I have to buy matcha tea, mine is almost finished ... I like baking cookies and cupcakes to tea mactha ..

I think I'm still vaccinated against tetanus. And we have a lot of standard vaccinations in elementary school in Italy, but I don't remember which!

I just got the flu vaccine. I have to every year because I work in a hospital and I'm around very sick people all the time. But it's worth it, the flu is horrible!

The chokers are soo cool! I only have wrist band versions. I hope I can find some chokers too. ;P Unfortunately not very popular here!

Vaccinations are no fun (who likes needles?) - but I guess it's a necessary evil! The nail polish is a lovely, vibrant colour - too bad it chips so easily though!

Matcha tea is kind of odd to me. It's kind of creamy, but not really. I do enjoy it once in awhile though.
The jam jar idea is so cute. I only do vaccinations also if i travel, where are you going to? Cute colour nail polish. Havent heard of the tea before, is it any good?
