Fiona & the Argandnauts

For the end of year, my college decided to do a Sport event.

I can't feel my arms or legs now, but it was worth it.

The bouncy castle challenge was fun, kinda of impossible, and we were incredibly slow :(

We had to run with a bucket full of water over our head, but the bucket had several holes in it :(

This was my favourite 'sport', we came second and my right arm is quite bruised.

I kept dropping and bursting the water balloons, so we lost :(

Lewis made out team proud with his awesome levitating skills.

I'm gonna miss my further maths class, we made a crap team, but oh well it was fun.
Thank you Mr Nice Guy for cheering us on and taking the photos, and being our horse substitute ^_^

In other news


Chuck

I'm really into Chuck Palahniuk, I received most of the books for Xmas, but I've only had time to finish one. I used to have Choke, but I lent it out and never got it back so Mr Nice Guy got me another one. I wish he spoilt himself as much as he did me. 





Remember the Batman Jumper I knitted for Mr Nice Guy? It's recently joined my 'to fix and repair' pile :p



What sport are you best at? 
I think I only have a chance at dance machines and Badminton.

Sailor Boats

Another Newcastle meet :) It was quite funny, random, and sunny. A great mix for a lolita meet :)

We tried having a boat race too! Kat did all the work though, she makes a great oarswoman and Katie makes a great captain!
We crashed a few times too XD

my question would be...when do you wanna visit Germany next and which city do you wanna visit?^^ I want to go to German this Summer, but I've been rejected for work experience over there (several times) :( I want to visit Dusseldorf of course! and meet you and Thanh Thao :3!

Piperita Patty I'd like to hear the story of the unfortunate German gentleman XD
And I'd like to hear about your date too, if it isn't too nosey :P
It was a long haul flight, back from Hong Kong and I was very ill. He looked after me for the whole flight which was 12 hours long ^-^ He was hit by the food trolley too during his sleep, it wasn't his best flight I'm guessing....
On the 2nd date I accidentally headbutted Mr Nice Guy :(

Rank the colors of a rainbow from best to worst and state why? :p

Red - My new favourite colour :3 It's bold and feminine to me :)
Blue - I think it's bold too :)
Violet - it's nice and colourful ^^
Green - Nature (Y)
Orange - Reminds me of bad fake tan....
Yellow - It attracts insects :(
Indigo - your name makes me rage, why can't you choose whether you want to be blue or purple?!

Keep Fit!

One of my things to do for the 2011 was to hula hoop everyday.




I try to do it an hour a day, but sometimes I just have enough time! I love playing the Sims 3 while hula hooping! My hula hoop is made of bamboo and leaves my stomach with a red ring XD




Anyway the weather is becoming more dress friendly so I thought I would repost magazine scans of simple excercises that can help you feel more confident aboutyourself :)




TBH I have no idea how the arm pinching will help... but the other excercises are used in aerobic classes I go to.



When squatting, your bum shouldn't go below your knees and you should put all your weight in you heels and not your knees.



I love sit ups, who could think of a excercise you could do lying down? Ingenious :)






Gym memberships can be expensive and sometimes you just don't have the time to go, so I hope you find these scans helpful! You can do squats anywhere.... you may get odd looks though.








NOTE: I'm NOT promoting fad dieting, being unhealthily thin or actually being thin. I would love rather be a size 12 with a curvaceous body, than a childish one like my own XD





What's your favourite excercise/sport?

Yoga and squats for me. You can't get enough of butt crunching excercises!

17 Forever

Today I'm 17! I got My Neighbough Totoro books, which I can't wait to read!

I thought I would do I list of things for me to achieve to motive me! So first of all Lolita and fashion!

Amsterdam Airport - post coming up
Try to go 2 Lolita meets every season (8)
Wear Lolita several times a month out and about

Experiment with/find my style
Accessorise more! (I know incredibly vain)
Sew more versatile clothing
Sew using other material than cotton

Me eating ice cream in Sha Tin
Be more healthy!
I had some troubles getting my hula hoop on the plane..
Hula Hoop daily (I bought a bamboo one whilst in Hong Kong)
Me eating more ice cream.

Write more in German!
Read a German novel
Read more books.
Learn how to cook better!
(did I tell you I gave myself food poisoning the day before my GCSE German reading paper?)
Playing Ping Pong with Cousins

I want to be able to run for miles without breaking into sweat!!!!! OFC that's not going to happening, but I can wish right?
